Officetronics on OHLOG!
Just a random tech guy here from Officetronics and today marks my first post on OHLOG. First of, I'd like to thank OhLOG for making this possible. Props to them for making a free blog with cool features and additions. The viking mascot is pretty cool too. Anyway, today's first post will be... an advice from me. I'd like to tell you a secret but it's more like an advice. Did you know that lifting weights burn more calories than jogging or running? Yes, it's true. You're using up all kinds of energy sources available in your body in order to lift weights. Now, that's alot of energy and calories burning so it'd make sense that you'll be burning more calories than running. Personally, I'd lift weights and do cardio afterwards for recovery purposes but yeah. I'm not a big fan of hard running because it can ruin your knees in the long run if you're not wearing the proper running shoes and what not. There's definitely a lot of science behind it but I won't go any deeper. So what do you think? Was it helpful at all? I sure hope so and since this is coming from a tech guy at Officetronics you'd be weirded out since you'll probably expect an advice on electornics and what not.
